Katie Larsen brings over 20 years of insurance industry experience to Empire Insurance Brokers. Since starting her career in 2002, she has worked her way up from receptionist to management, building a strong foundation in customer service, leadership, and client relations. Katie is passionate about helping clients find the right insurance solutions while creating a positive experience every step of the way.  

Katie is excited to join the Empire team and looks forward to helping strengthen and grow the company by supporting employees, improving processes, and continuing to deliver exceptional service to clients. 

Outside of work, she enjoys coaching and playing women’s softball, drag racing, camping, riding with her husband on his Harley Davidson, and spending time outdoors with her family. She has 2 teenage daughters and 5 dogs. Katie is excited to be part of the Empire team and looks forward to serving her team with expertise and enthusiasm. Teamwork makes the dream work!
