Tram Hoang changed her career and entered the insurance industry in 2003 as an Allstate insurance agent. In 2006, she opened her own independent insurance agency as she saw more opportunities for growth. Tram consistently grew the agency before she joined Empire Insurance Brokers in 2023, where she continues her career as an employee, bringing continuity and expertise to clients and colleagues alike.

Tram Hoang is an experienced insurance broker with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and businesses manage risk. She specializes in personal property & casualty, and business liability insurance. Tram is known for her client’s first approach, clear communication, and focus on long-term relationships.

Outside of her professional life, Tram loves spending time with her family, and enjoying volunteering work, hiking and watching Korean dramas.
